I remember it’s about 1982,  on park ave I  just move on the block and I had a problem with this boy from a different block and really didn’t know anyone but this guy was being disrespectful and Jason was walking by heard the guy, and said excuse me was he talking to you I said yes so Jason and some other guys ran at the boy Jason , well if you know Jason don’t play with disrespect ruff him up a little , then brought the guy back to me and made the guy apologize, and gave the guy a few more words.Then he said hello my name is Jason I see you just moved on the block I said yes and I pointed to my house and he said with a smile I know , I always know what is going on , on my block, he said if you have any problems with any body I live right down the street, we take care of our own on this block and now you are apart of this block so I got you and since that day I gain a new brother and friend he was very well respected and he was a true loyal soldier, brother, father,etc… I’m am honored to call him my brother he will be missed.. park ave for life… chancy McNeal
