With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Jason Michael Phelps on June 30, 2025, at the age of 41.

Jason was born with a heart drawn to the outdoors. From an early age, he found peace and purpose in nature, where he built some of his most cherished memories. Hunting trips with his dad, grandpa, and uncle were traditions he treasured deeply — moments filled with stories, laughter, and the quiet understanding that comes from being together in the wilderness. In time, Jason proudly passed that legacy on by taking his own son along to share in those same adventures.

A true lover of the saltwater, Jason spent countless days clam digging, crabbing, and tending beach fires under endless skies. Those beach nights, surrounded by friends and family, were some of his happiest times.

Jason was a proud graduate of Bethel High School, Class of 2002, and carried with him the friendships and lessons from those years for the rest of his life. Tuesdays held a special place in his heart — that was golf day with his dad, a tradition that brought them laughter, bonding, and a connection that words can hardly describe.

Above all, Jason was a devoted father to Jillian and Nolan, whose lives were made brighter by his love, his adventurous spirit, and his unwavering support. He was a loving son, grandson, and friend whose kindness and loyalty touched countless lives.

His presence lit up every gathering, and his warm, genuine spirit leaves behind a space that can never truly be filled. Jason’s memory will live on in the waves that kiss the shore, in the rustle of trees on a crisp morning hunt, and in the hearts of all those who were blessed to know him.

He will be forever missed, but never forgotten.
