In lieu of flowers

Please consider a contribution to Help the family say goodbye.

Background

Jason's death was unexpected, and we don't have the funds we need to pay for his funeral or the funds to get his twin brother Brian Goodyear from Ohio to Jacksonville. I understand nobody wants to help support an addict. But Jason was more than an addict!Jason was an amazing lovingly dedicated Son, Nephew, Brother, Father, Stepfather, Uncle, Cousin, Friend and a born again Christian, and found Jesus and was able to stay clean for 2 yrs. Unfortunately he fell back into his addiction his mistakes took his life away from him, and from us. Jason wasn't just his mistakes, He was a hard worker, dedicated father and loved his friend's as family. His energy brought life into every room he walked into. Anything donated will be used to offset funeral costs. Any donations beyond our goal will be put into Gerber Grow Up Plan for the future of his 3 girls Zoey, Jordyn, and Rylie Goodyear. Thank you so much to everyone in advance for your support. Contribute   Right arrow
Funds are being collected and disbursed by Ashley Myer, Jason's sister.
