Jasmine Isabella was born on the morning of July 21, 2022 to parents, Jasmin Miranda and Oscar Herrera. At Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas. During her brief time on earth she was surrounded by her family, whom showed her endless love and support. She demonstrated an incredible strength.
