It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jarion Griffin, a young  man of remarkable character and endless charm. Born on the 9th of June, 1997, Jarion left us unexpectedly on the 23rd of August, 2023, leaving a void that may never be fully filled.

Jarion was the life of every gathering, a beacon of joy and laughter. He was best described as polite, soft-spoken, kind-hearted, hard-working and, above all, a unique individual who carried vibrant energy wherever he went. His charismatic personality, coupled with his sense of humour and adventurous spirit, made him a favorite among his peers and colleagues.

Jarion was known for his strong work ethic and dedication. A proud graduate of the Columbus High School, Class of 2015, he went on to provide exemplary service as a forklift driver at FedEx Ground. His exceptional performance saw him earning the title of Employee of the Month multiple times, a testament to his diligence and commitment to excellence.

A true embodiment of "don't judge a book by its cover," Jarion encouraged everyone to keep an open mind and heart. He believed in the power of perseverance and the joy of exploration. As a free spirit, he was not afraid to dive into the unknown and inspired others to do the same. His lessons were not merely words; they were a reflection of the life he led.

Jarion's legacy will be one of kindness and laughter. He touched many lives with his gentle compassion and infectious humour. His empathetic nature and trust in others were the cornerstones of his personality. His loss will be deeply felt by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
