To know Ja’Quan is to love him. Many of us knew him as “Q”. He was such a joy to those of who he knew and loved. On June 19th, our beloved Ja’Quan was called home early, but he left his mark on all of our lives. His memory will live on with those who knew and loved him. Forever Q. Long Live Q.
