Background
My Mom struggled most of her adult life with MS, Colon Cancer, Alzheimer's and Dementia.
She was an amazingly strong women who loved her family and friends. Being outside in the sun or sitting infront of a fireplace were a few of her most favorite things.
Jan fought a good fight but eventually the Alzheimer's and MS took her.
We will miss her dearly! Contribute
