Janice was born on February 6, 1945 to John and Louise Thaxton-Johnson in Syracuse, New York. The family soon moved to Dayton, Ohio, where she grew up and spent much of her adult life. She was an active Jehovah's Witness since the age of 16. She loved music, laughing, roller skating, and riding her motorcycle. After raising her …
