Janice Annette Mattingley 83, passed peacefully on May 3rd,2025 at Wellington Hospital in New Zealand. Born in New Plymouth on October 19, 1941 to Irene and Leonard Rackley. Janice grew up with a curiosity for the world that would shape her life.
In her 20’s, she set out from New Zealand to see what lay beyond its shores. That journey eventually led her to Anchorage, Alaska where she settled with her husband Benard Mattingley raised …
