It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Janice Anderson on May 21, 2025. Janice was born in Chicago, IL on January 25, 1943, and lived a full life filled with love and generosity.

Janice was always quick to lend a helping hand or a supportive shoulder. Her absence will leave an indelible void in the hearts of those who knew her.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Wesley Anderson, and their cherished son, Mark Anderson. Her memory will be carried on by her son, Tim, and her daughters, Dawn Syverson and Gwen Carlson. 

Janice was also blessed with daughter-in-law Candy Anderson, and sons-in-law John Syverson and Steve Carlson, who were more like her own children than in-laws. 

The family would like to invite those who knew and loved Jan to a Celebration of Life service on July 26, 2025, at 10 AM at Ridgewood Memorial Park. It will be a time to remember and celebrate the beautiful life she led.

As we mourn the loss of Jan, we remember her not with sadness, but with the joy and kindness that she embodied. Her spirit of generosity will forever live on through the lives she touched.
