It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jani Rutliff ( Cummings) 63, of Nixa, Missouri on September 28th, 2024.

Jani was born on September 15th, 1961 to Russell and Delores Cummings in Lamar, CO. Jani married James Rutliff in 1984 and they went on to have 2 children, Jarod and Jacob Rutliff.

Jani was preceded in death by her brother Marty Cummings, her mother Delores Cummings, and her father Russell Cummings. She is survived by sons Jarod Rutliff and Jacob Rutliff, daughter-in-law Melodee Rutliff, grandchildren Korbin, Kallie, Bradley, Braxton, and Alivia Rutliff, sisters Audra Cummings and Janeen (Cummings) Milner, brother-in-law Bill Milner, and she is survived by several loving nieces, nephews and other family members

In her memory, we celebrate a life well lived, a laugh heartily enjoyed, and a love that continues to inspire those left behind. Goodbye, Jani, until we meet again.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 26th, 2024 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Layton & Oak Ridge Rd, Walnut Shade, Missouri 65771
