Janey Stephens, 60, passed away on April 9, 2026, surrounded by love. She was a woman who truly lived life through connection; cherishing time with family, friends, and the simple joys that made life meaningful.

Janey loved concerts, good food, and making memories with the people she cared about most. Her greatest joy, however, was her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought endless happiness to her life. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome, loved, and like they belonged.

Her strong faith in Jesus was a guiding light in her life, bringing her comfort, strength, and peace, and shaping the way she loved and cared for others.

She is survived by her son, Hunter; her daughter-in-law, Corissa; her beloved grandchildren, Riley (10) and Kason (6); her sisters, Dawn and Renea; her longtime companion, Jeff; the father of her son, Fred; and many other beloved family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Ken, and her grandmother Edness Smith.

A service to celebrate Janey’s life will be held on Friday, April 17 at 10:00 a.m. at New Hope Bartlett.

Janey will be remembered for her warmth, her faith, her love for others, and the many lives she touched. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
