Janet E. Pumphrey passed away on July 24, 2019 just four days after her 65th birthday. She had cancer. She is the daughter of the late William Pumphrey and Ella Pumphrey Audiss. She was a lifelong resident of Crownsville. She is resting in the arms of Jesus. She liked 1966 Mustangs and Chocolate Covered Cherries. Janet was a dispatcher for Anne Arundel County Police and worked at Crownsville post office, her last jobs were for Merry Maids and the Wawa Convenience Store on Bestgate Road in Annapolis, Maryland. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Langley and grandchildren, April and Sarah. Psalms 42. Peace in the Lord. Janet Pumphrey was a 1969 Graduate of Arundel Senior High School, Gambrills, Maryland. Janet was a member of South Shore Baptist Church.
