Janet (Purpura) Leroux, born in Cleveland, Ohio June 21, 1946, to Joseph and Margaret (nee Archer) Purpura, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness. She was beloved by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters Louise and Bobbie and her brother Donny and is survived by her three children John, Tim, and Beth, her sister Peggy, and six grandchildren.

Janet was a proud graduate of Villa Maria Academy in Malvern, PA where she made many life-long friendships. After raising her children in and around Cleveland, she continued her education and graduated with an Accounting Degree from Notre Dame College of Ohio. In 1983, Janet left Ohio for the warmth of Florida and lived in and around Clearwater for the rest of her days.

Janet worked as an accountant for many years before retiring in 2006. She will be remembered for her dedication to her family, her love of books, and her steadfast faith. Janet's legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
