Janet Denice Juniel Frazier “Candy” was born in Fordyce, Arkansas on October 28, 1960 to the late Oliver and Bessie Juniel. She transitioned peacefully to her eternal home on Thursday, July 27, 2023 in Round Rock, Texas. During her childhood she was a faithful member of the Holly Grove Baptist Church in Bearden, Arkansas. She married Eddie Frazier on June 24, 1983 and to this union three children were born. She was preceded in death by her middle daughter, Cherelle Latrice. She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Rynaldo D’Juan Frazier, Wills Point, TX and one daughter Cherrelle D’Nise Frazier, Round Rock, TX. She is preceded in death by her siblings Frankie Lee, O.D, Blanchie, Wallace, Johnny Mack, Mary (Maggie), Dorothy and Rosie (Sally).
Janet “Candy” will always be remembered for her sincerity, acts of service, and her contagious laughter. She greatly touched the lives of everyone that she knew. In her leisure time, Janet "Candy” enjoyed shopping, going out to eat and spending time with her family. She leaves behind three grandchildren, three brothers David (Elaine) Parham, George (Everleen) Juniel, and Joe Juniel and one sister Nelda (Rick) Rector and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and loving friends.
