Janet Gail Desadier Fullerton, age 60, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019, after an unexpected medical condition with her sisters by her side.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 30, 2019, at Auld’s Funeral Home in Shreveport, Louisiana. Delman Rogers of Benson Baptist Church in Benson, Louisiana, will be officiating.

Janet Gail was born on February 9, 1959, to Larry and Corrinne Desadier in Roswell, New Mexico. She was known to some as Janet Desadier and to others as Gail Fullerton. Janet Gail married Bradley Fullerton on July 4, 1996, in Zwolle, Louisiana, and they were married 23 years before her passing.

As a very young woman she learned to work hard. She was determined to help anyone in need and never asked for anything in return. The biggest part of her heart was for her family. She had an unshakable belief in and love for her children, Shane & Valerie. She felt tremendous pride in her four grandchildren. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by both her parents, Larry and Corrinne Desadier.

Those left to cherish her memories include her husband, Bradley Fullerton; son, Shane Fullerton & wife Shelby; daughter, Valerie Fullerton; brother, Steve Desadier & wife Denise; sister, Diane Littleton; sister, Virginia Cloud; sister, Audry Hardesty & husband Michael; four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Janet Gail's passing came way too soon and has left a giant hole in the hearts of her family and friends. We will miss her warm and loving smile at our family gatherings but we will know in our hearts that she will always be there with us.

The family of Janet Gail Fullerton wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff of the 7th floor MICU at Oshner’s LSU Health in Shreveport.
