Janet Pauline (Clarkson) Langevin, age 81, of Fairfield, Ohio, died May 5, 2022, at her home.

Janet was born September 20, 1940, in North Vernon, Indiana, to Wilfred and Mabel (Engle) Clarkson. She graduated from Kitchel High School in 1959. In 1961, she married the love of her life, Larry Langevin, and had 4 children and 8 grandchildren. She was "Mom" to every child that came through her door. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her best friend and husband of 60 years, Larry Langevin; sons Mark (Toni) and Doug (Karen), and daughter Melissa (Ben); her grandchildren Ayla, Trey (Madeline), Kara, Zach, Landen, Lynsey, Jacob and bonus grandson, Ashton; brother, Roy Clarkson, brother-in-law Ron (Patty) Langevin and many nephews, nieces, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law, Rollie and Ada (Faucett) Langevin; son, Brian Langevin; siblings, Mary Barnes, Raymond Clarkson, and Marvin Clarkson; brothers-in-law Virgil Langevin and Warner Langevin.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made in Janet's name to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
