In loving memory of our mother, Jane Hayes, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 92.  She grew up in the Milan, MI area and married  Charles Hayes in 1948 who preceded her in death after 63 years of marriage.    Jane had four children, Bill (Margaret), Lynn  ( Doug), Michael (Deborah), and Carol Sue (Steve), 15 grandchildren, 18 greats and 2 great, great grandchildren.  She is survived by two brothers, Norman (Mary),  Robert, and a sister Geraldine Hale.  Two sister in-laws, Patricia Hayes and Sandy Hayes and several nieces and nephews. 

She loved to play tennis, cross country ski, canoed, camped and hiked. They traveled with the motorhome all over the U.S. 

She and our father ran a dairy farm outside of Milan, MI for over 30 years then  moved to Clinton in 1997.  They wintered in Florida from 1989 for 30 years.  Jane had a wonderful full life.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to AVOW Hospice of Naples, FL or United Church of Christ in Clinton, MI/Senior Center.

  Mother, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in peace.
