Your Mother’s spirit will always be remembered and reflected from within you! I love you very much. I know this is an incredible loss for you and your whole family. Take comfort in knowing how much love and strength she gave to all of you and is now no longer suffering.

Maya, rest assured you were always a wonderful daughter to your Mom. You brought her great joy. She was always proud of your every accomplishment. She looked forward to every visit and adventure with you. You were always her baby. We will miss your Mom. We loved her and we know that she is at peace celebrating with her heavenly family. My mom was a force, and I deeply love her. Before she headed to the local hospital, she shared these words with me… “…I have now decided I was brave and the other single Moms from the 1980's that decided to have their babies. It was so hard to be a single Mom then. The scrutiny and being looked down on was so difficult. I am so happy I gave birth to you. At the same time, I feel brave. It was the strongest thing I ever did in my life. I love you!!!”
