Please join us in a celebration of Jeanie’s life on May 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Halo Lounge in Rutherford, NJ.
Jeanie made her home in Secaucus, New Jersey, beginning in 1995, where she built a life rooted in love, laughter, and deep connection with those closest to her.
Jeanie found joy in God’s everyday blessings. She had a profound love for Filipino cuisine, See’s Candies, Kit Kat bars, Nestlé Crunch bars, and pizza—often paired with an ice-cold Diet Pepsi. Her heart was uplifted by the music of Elvis and The Beatles, and she found simple joy in life’s little pleasures, from a good scare—especially stories of Ed and Lorraine Warren—to quiet moments playing Solitaire or enjoying slot machines.
She cherished time spent at her favorite local spots, Tropical Hut and Mama Fina’s, where fellowship and familiarity brought her comfort. Jeanie also carried a deep compassion for God’s creation, holding a special place in her heart for animals—especially dogs—and faithfully supporting the ASPCA.
A woman of gentle spirit and steadfast faith, Jeanie embodied kindness, generosity, and Christ-like love. Quiet yet strong, she was a source of comfort and peace to all who knew her. Her warmth, humor, and wit brought light into every room, and her life reflected grace in both the big and small moments. She was a teacher, a mentor, and a role model—truly a diamond in the rough—whose legacy of unconditional love will forever echo in our hearts.
Though we grieve her absence, we find peace in knowing that Jeanie is now resting in the loving arms of our Lord, embraced by His eternal grace, reunited with those who have gone before her, and made whole in His heavenly kingdom.
