Jan Carlo Yepes passed away on 11/26/2023 in an accident in Port Chester, New York at the young age of 22. Jan Carlo was a sweet, caring young man full of life. Please join us for his celebration of life on Saturday, December 2nd at 9:30am Don Basco Catholic Church.
