Jamille Ann Moutra was born July 29, 1963 to Mickey Rooney White and Mary Margaret Sanchez at home by her grandmother Nola Rachal affectionately known as “Granny”.
Jamille was the oldest child of four children, one brother and two sisters. Jamille accepted Jesus Christ at an early age, celebrating her first communion at the age of 6, at St. Malachy Catholic Church.
