Jamie L. Seymour, 46, of Troy, wife of the late Jason Seymour, passed away on Thursday March 14, 2024.

Born in Troy, NY, she is the daughter of Julie Muckle Machia and Thornton Machia and was a graduate of Lansingburgh High School.

Jamie had worked at Albany Medical Group.

She loved to dance, attend the Rockin On The River and Powers Park concerts, having BBQ’s, but especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Jamie’s was the mother of Hailey Gardner (David Wrobel), Breanna Gardner (Jared Krakat), Gabrielle Machia (Patrick Mysliwiec) and Kyla Brooks, stepmother to Kaylie Smith, sister to Damian Brooks, Charlie Brooks and the late Munchy Sorel, grandmother of Ryligh Felitti, Mason Mysliwiec, Daniel Krakat, Alina Wrobel, Patrick Mysliwiec, Jr., Adelynn Mysliwiec and was excited on the expected arrival of her next grandchild due this October 5th. She is also survived by her grandmother, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a funeral service to begin at 5:30 p.m. that afternoon at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, 565 Fourth Ave (Corner of 115th Street in Lansingburgh) Troy, NY 12182.
