Jim's obituary

James William “Jim” Warren, 78, of Mobile, Alabama, passed away on March 28, 2026.

Jim was born on January 28, 1948. He lived a life defined by hard work, service, and a deep love for his family.

He enlisted into the United States Army and proudly served his country during the Vietnam War, achieving the rank of E5. Following his military service, Jim built a career as a crane operator, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.

Jim will be remembered for his unique personality—stubborn at times, yet deeply kind, quietly funny, and full of warmth.

Above all, Jim cherished time spent with his family. He shared a special bond with his daughter, Caron Graziosi, whom he loved deeply and was incredibly proud of. He especially enjoyed working in his shop, passing down his knowledge and love for vehicles to his grandchildren—moments that will be treasured for years to come. He also loved traveling, creating lasting memories on trips with his wife and grandchildren.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon Warren; his daughter, Caron Graziosi;  his grandchildren, Charles Graziosi, Christopher Carmack, Ryan Carmack, and Mary Graziosi; and his four great grandchildren.

He will be remembered for his quiet strength, generous spirit, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew and loved him.

The family would like to say:We love you deeply and will miss you more than words can express. Thank you for the lessons, the laughter, and the love you gave so freely. We will carry your memory with us always—until we meet again.
