Background
James Neal unexpectedly passed away on June 6, 2025. He is survived by his parents, Larry Neal and Jill Harman, his brother Dustin Neal, his sister April Neal Kluever, and two pets: Tiger (cat) and Mocha (dog). James worked for a time for Neenah Parks and Rec and loved the park near his house, Schildt Park.
This memorial fund will establish a bench honoring his life, and will be placed in a brand new area of the park undergoing expansion and renovation. It is an opportunity for him to be part of the new green spaces coming to the Neenah community. It is a place the family can go and visit and sit near his trails.
