Jim was born on September 3rd, 1953 to James and Juanita (Jenny) Ware in Riverside, California. He spent his childhood in Riverside and attended John W. North High School. Jim enlisted in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a Communications Center Specialist, stationed overseas in Germany. He was honorably discharged in 1973, and returned to Riverside, California where he …
