I don't think a week has gone by where I thought about Jim. It gets painful as time passes because my memories go back to high school, yamaha motorcycles, his corvette. It seems like he's still here, which is how I like it.
We were doing warm up exercises (push ups) and doing repetitions except Jim. Mr. Lecari then said, "it only works if you move Ticer!", sending all of the class into convulsive laughter. That line followed Jim after that. That grin of his was infectious. We had our 50 year reunion and I submitted his name to list of classmates. I wish he could have been there to commiserate past memories. I always wonder what caused his passing. He enriched my life so much. I think of him weekly. Thank you for everything Jim!
I WENT TO CAMARILLO HIGH WITH JIM. WE SPENT MANY DAYS RIDING OUR YAMAHA MOYORCYCLES TOGETHER. I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT HIS PASSING TODAY. HE WAS A GREAT FRIEND WHO ALWAYS CRACKED ME UP WITH HIS WIT. I WILL MISS HIM TERRIBLY.
I just found out about Jim today. My heart is heavy and I am remembering the days and the wonderful times I spent with the Ticer family. Matt and Missy, I don’t know if you remember me but I will always remember you. God bless you and may Jim Rest In Peace. I am so sorry for your loss. Kathy Harvey
This is my Brother Jim... as you can see in this photo, we so deeply love each other. He was my protector, the one who I could trust with my heart. He isn't gone, he's started a new journey at the end of his physical life here on earth. I will miss you, I will miss your talks, our secrets and most of all your touch. Until we meet again my sweet Brother.. I love you ♥️♥️♥️
