GARY MEECH

I was thinking about Jim Kaiser and I found his obituary by accident. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. We spent many hrs together on patrol. Jim was a great partner & a great guy off the job. I recall representing the dept at the funeral after his DAD had passed away. Jim helped me with a project one day & I introduced him to my parents. Jim was a terrific person.
