Dale Latty
1973, Camp Yonahnoka, NC
Jim Sidule was our Head Counselor for the years I was a camp counselor at Camp Yonahnoka in Linville, NC. He was the epitome of an example of good character for campers and counselors alike. He contributed that character to the development of countless mentees. Fairwell, good man. Dale Latty
Coach Seidule was a wonderful man and a consequential mentor to me at EHS in the classroom, on the track field, and throughout my life. So glad we had brief conversation just a few weeks ago. Asked how he was, Jim replied, "still undefeated!" God bless, Joe Simpson (EHS '69)

What an awesome human being. I first met “Mr Seidule” at age 8 as a repeat camper at Camp Yonanoka. Every summer was filled with his descriptive “It’s Hot Tamale Time!”

He was my reason for going to The High School.  He was a wonderful teacher of young men.  So many memories of his strong personality.

Much love and thoughts for the entire Seidule clan.

It’s Hot Tamale Time in Heaven now- no doubt.

Jim was a wonderful, sweet man! He welcomed me very warmly into the family with his southern charm and iconic stories.

We are very thankful to have had a special visit with him and Ronnie just last year. Seeing Lincoln with his great grandad was so meaningful and we are grateful for our memories together. All of the many friends and family who loved him are in our thoughts!
