James “Mickey” Michael Scoffin, 85, of Encinitas, California and Oro Valley, AZ passed away on January 18, 2024, at his home in Oro Valley. He was born on June 3, 1938, in San Diego, California. Mickey retired as Vice president of Manufacturing Management and took time to golf, travel to new destinations and visit his kids and grandkids.
