The world became a better place on April 10,1939 James L. Rouse made a grand entrance. He' s parents the late James Lee Rouse Sr. and Doretha Rouse were the proud parents who welcomed this bubbly baby boy to the family. James was full of life,
and took pride in taking care of those he loved. James was a giving person; he would give anyone the shirt off of he's back. Those who knew James knew he did not have a selfish bone in he's body.
