I just found this through Jim’s Facebook page. I am so sorry for his family’s loss. He was such a great uncle, fun-loving and kind. He was such a talented natural engineer that every time he visited he fixed everything from garbage disposers to bicycles. He called himself Uncle Fix It, and it fit him so well. I wish the train video was still visible. I’m sure his set up was exceptional. Much love to all our family and sincere regrets for his loss. I hope they have things for him to fix in Heaven ❤️
All of my fondest memories are those of times spent with my wonderful family. My last visit with Jim was when Bill flew to Vegas and they drove to Boise in Jim's van. That visit gave me many more good memories that I will treasure.
I always wanted a big brother and, although distance prevented us from seeing alot of each other, whenever I was with Jim, I felt as if I had one. I will miss his sense of humor, his intellectual curiosity, his kindness, and his generosity. I wish Bill and I could attend the funeral, but we will participate on-line and share in the joy of having known and loved Jim Robertson.
