Jim was born In Long Beach, California to Wes and Rose Ridenour and raised on Second Ave. in Paramount California with his two, very protective, big sisters, Judy Ann and Donna Jo.
He attended elementary school at Our Lady of the Rosary in Paramount and Pius X High School in Downey where he met his future wife, Vicki Engel, and the mother of his first two kids, James Wesley Jr., and Karrie Ann.

Jim’s (Rhino’s) family would like to thank you for visiting this site and leaving your memories and kind words. We will memorialize him at his favorite place, the golf course, with the American flag flying high. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, and patriot. He will live forever in our hearts.
