James "Jim" Reeder Jr., born December 30, 1957, passed away on July 3, 2023. Known affectionately as Jim, his warm presence and resolute character will forever be remembered by those who knew him. His legacy endures through his cherished daughter, Tygen Reeder Tofel. Jim's strength and wisdom are deeply instilled within her.
