Hope you can read this from Heaven, Jim. This is Darlene, Jabo and Wayne's sister, and I'm now living back in Tennessee. Jabo is in a Veterans nursing home in Hemet due to his deteriorating health.  Thanks for all the fun times both of you had, I remember your sense of humor the most.  Prayers.

When I worked with Jim at Wangtek, we got to know each other and started a band and had been in several bands with Jim over the years. His writing skills for songs was a definitely one of his secret talents. He had so many good originals and I always loved playing them. As I let Jim know I'm moving away, he wrote a very nice song called "Ballad for Jojo". Jim was passionate about his music, friends and family. Tygen was his joy. I've learned that you can't take friendships for granted. Tomorrow is never guarantied. I need to stay in touch with my friends and let them know how much I love them and appreciate them being in my life. One line in a song Jim wrote "You can't choose your family, but you sure can choose your friends". That hit home for me. I regret not being in better contact with Jimmy. I love you brother. You're in a better place now, that's for sure.
