James Michael Recouper age 71 of Sevierville, TN died suddenly 4/4/24. 1971 graduate of Westland High Galloway, Ohio. There he played football. He attended Bowling Green State University BG, Ohio where he took courses in reality appraising. Became a certified member of the Appraisal Society. He worked for the state of Ohio dept. of taxation. Born in Dayton, Ohio 1/29/53 to the late Mary Catherine Sullivan Recouper and Kenneth M. Recouper. He is survived by his twin brother Joseph Recouper and other relatives.
