James Randolph “Randy” Marsh, 69, of Longview, Texas, passed away March 22, 2026, after a lengthy illness.
Born July 16, 1956, in Laredo, Texas, to Joy and Bobby Marsh, Randy graduated from Hallsville High School and worked many years for Steve Leath Pest Control.
