A memorial service will be held for James Dale Polk 84, of Coos Bay on February 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at life change church, 200 Ackerman Ave., Coos Bay, Oregon.
Dale Herring will officiate.
James was born May 10 1940 at Porter Texas, the son of Robert and Juanita (willis) Polk and he passed away December 14, 2024 at Coos Bay,
He is survived by his wife, Mary , of 63 years Children: Lavern, Dean, Sonya Dericco, Yvonne (Sissy) Thresh, Elizabeth Humbird and Jeff Polk, Sisters; Penny Bilski and Annette Baker,1 13 Grandchildren and25 Great Grandchildren.
