James “Phil” Brown (60) of Glen Burnie, passed away January 8, 2023.

Phil was born on November 30, 1962 to Stanton and Nellie Brown. In 1996 Phil met Jennie (Jacobi) they wed in 1999. Phil was the loving and very proud father of Amber, Jimmy (Mandi), Trevor, and Jenna. Loving grandfather to Steven, Nicholas, Connor, Logan, Dylan, Hailey, Emma, Mason and Jaxon.

Phil was a force of nature, determined to provide the best possible life for his loving family. Phil was a relentless Ravens fan, Anyone that knew him knew he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. He is predeceased by Stanton and Nellie Brown, “Steve” Brown, “Ricky” Brown, and Patricia Watts.

He is survived by Elizabeth Ducote, Stanton Brown II, Thomas Brown, Frank S Brown and Mary Carroll as well as his beloved cat Zeze.
