James Clifton Oesterreich, a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, surrounded by family at the age of 75. Born in Levant, Kansas, on November 13, 1949, James spent the majority of his life in Colby, Kansas, where he was known for his unwavering loyalty, heart for service, and deep love of family and friends.
