It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that after a battle with Covid & pneumonia, James Arthur Morrison transitioned to heaven on August 16, 2023, in the early morning of 3 am. James (pops) was 90 years young. This upcoming Saturday, August 19, we would have celebrated his 91st birthday. James was a single dad who raised a fantastic man, his son Michael Morrison, and the best papa a grandson could ask for to his only 11-year-old grandson Chase Morrison. He was a family man who loved his family and friends. He always had the biggest smile to match his heart, a pure joy, and we will miss him dearly. James served in the US Navy & fought in the Korean War. Unfortunately, James did not have life insurance, and we were unprepared for the loss and the high cost of paying for a funeral. We want to give James a beautiful funeral that he deserves so friends and family can honor this remarkable man and his memory and say their final goodbyes.
I am requesting donations to help cover the cost of James Arthur Morrison's funeral. We need to raise $15,000 by August 25, 2023.to give him the proper funeral he deserves.
