My name is Tara Melfi,
My father died on November 2nd 2021 and he was living in Florida .
His name is James Mitchell Melfi
He was an amazing father , grandfather and great grandfather!
He is survived by his children .
Chris and Tara and his 3 grandchildren Nicholas , Natasha Lynn Melfi and Cayden Jordan James Melfi and his great grandson T.j LaSalle Natasha's son
Jimi was an amazing father his children will miss him very much ! My Brother and i live in Rhode Island and have very very little money between the both of us that we are forced to find the cheapest direct cremation and urn that we can possibly find to get our dad shipped home to us .
We keep being pressured to make a decision fast knowing we do not have $10.00 between the two of us at this unfortunate moment and we do not what to tell them , they want to just throw our dad away !
It seems like just because we are poor we do not deserve to get to have our dads ashes!
this has been truly hard on us we do not know where to go and who to turn to we were caught completely off guard by this ,
At the rate of luck we are having it's probably going to cost us almost 2,000.00 for cremation an urn death cirtificicates and shipping cost and None of us and no one we know has this kind of money up front...
until like March around tax time so i would be stuck trying to find a payment plan option i would be allowed to pay off weekly or monthly . And the search is not going so well
So here I am begging all of you for absolutely anything that would help me get my daddy home !

Absolutely anything and everything is greatly appreciated and more then I'm starting with I have $23.50 until I get paid Saturday then I'll have 223.50 !
