I am so sorry to hear of Sonny' passing. I have so many wonderful memories of him from his singing in my kitchen to his amazing Cajun cooking! Sonny was an amazing man who touched so many lives with his genuine love and his amazing talent. I can only imagine the wonderful reunion he is having in Heaven. We have all been so blessed from simply knowing Sonny.

So sorry the world lost such an accomplished man. I knew of his music talent just from his and Arlene’s singing at our Davis reunions. And a few corny jokes. But I had no idea of his operatic ability. I would have requested a few of those songs too. His love for Arlene was so apparent i know he wii be missed by her and so many others.

I am so sorry to learn of Sonny's passing, but he's singing with the angels of heaven around the throne of God today! Many memories flood my mind as I remember the many times I went with him to churches, events to play the piano for him to sing.
Happy memories as our little families shared little after church Sunday night times. Cherish all your sweet memories until you meet Sonny on the beautiful other side.

I am so sorry to hear about Sonny. My memories of him are from when he was a teenager at Antioch Baptist Church. The only members of his family I have seen since I moved back to Louisiana are his sister Connie and his mother Jewel. I really love that family and pray you will all find peace and comfort in knowing you will meet again in heaven.
