James Marchese, of Worcester, MA, passed away after a life marked by devotion to his family, to his friends, and to the country he faithfully served. James spent 14 years in the United States Army, forming unbreakable bonds with those he served alongside and earning deep respect for his dedication, loyalty, and heart.
James is survived by his wife Melanie Marchese, who was the center of his world, his stepdaughter Lillie Anne Mesa, whom he loved as his own, and his foster son Liam, who held a special place in his heart. He is also survived by his mother Peggilyn Marchese.
James is preceded in death by his father Ronald Marchese, his grandfather Ronald Marchese, his grandmother Renee Marchese, and his father in law Timothy Mesa Shapiro.
He is survived by his siblings William Marchese, Andrew Marchese, Matthew Marchese, and his sister Alexis (Lexi) Marchese.
James is also survived by his mother in law Peggy Mesa Shapiro, as well as his twelve brothers in law and their families:
Aaron (Keisha), Ryan, Christopher, Michael (Rachel), Thomas (LaRissa), Cameron, James (Megan), Kevin (Chloe), Preston (Kayla), Jonathan (Carsyn), William (Mary), and Sean (Danielle).
