James Magnotta, born on February 2nd, 1947, passed away peacefully on June 25th, 2023. James, a man renowned for his funny sense of humor and ability to captivate an audience with his stories. James was a hard worker and taught his children the value of having a good work ethic, he could build and fix anything and he passed these skills on to his children. He was a great chef, he loved to go fishing in his early years and often brought home buckets of fish for his family! James found calmness and relaxation in fishing, a hobby that he happily devoted many hours to when he was young.
James is survived by his loving daughter, Lauren Renner, his son, Joshua Magnotta, and his cherished granddaughter Jade Ashton and cherished granddaughter, Lilah Magnotta. He also leaves behind his dear sisters, Ann Marie Pangione and Patricia Venezio, and his brother, Anthony Magnotta. Their shared memories of James will continue to live on and bring comfort to all who knew him.
James spent many years working diligently as an Air Conditioning Technician, a job that perfectly suited his hardworking nature and knack for fixing and building things. His dedication and skills in this field remain one of his greatest accomplishments, but his most cherished accomplishment was undoubtedly his family.
A Celebration of Life for James will be held on August 12th, 2023, at 11:00AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church located at 532 Ave M NW Winter Haven, FL 33881. Reception to follow. Those wishing to honor James's memory are welcome to join and share their stories of him. It will be a chance to celebrate his life, appreciate his contributions, and remember a man who had a profound impact on many lives.
James's wisdom, humor, and love will continue to inspire those who had the pleasure of knowing him. May his legacy of hard work and joyous laughter endure, and may his story continue to be told in the hearts of those who loved him.
