Geraldine's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Geraldine Taylor on September 5, 2025. Born on October 28, 1923, she lived a full, vibrant life, touching many with her kindness and grace.

Geraldine now joins her beloved husband, Charles Taylor, and cherished great grandchild, Christopher Morrow, who predeceased her. Her spirit and love persist in her surviving children; daughters Jeannie and Joan Taylor, and sons Robert and Joe Taylor.

Geraldine's passion for life was evident in all her interests. She found joy in simple pleasures, devoting time to her favorite crafts, painting, and gardening. An avid fan of Elvis, Geraldine would often be found humming along to his tunes while engrossed in her art. Her landscape paintings, in particular, were objects of admiration for all who visited her.

She was a seasoned traveler and Europe held a special place in her heart. Each trip would bring back new stories, recipes and a refreshed zest for life. A well-loved figure within her family, she devoted a large part of her life to her 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The love they had for their grandmother was mirrored in her deep affection for them.

Geraldine's playful spirit shone through in her love for games. She was a formidable opponent in both Bingo and Uno, her favorite games, and her competitive streak only added to her charm.

As we bid goodbye to this exceptional woman, we celebrate the love and joy she spread during her life. Geraldine Taylor will be profoundly missed, but her spirit lives on in the hearts of her loved ones. Rest in peace, dear Geraldine.
