My deepest condolences on his passing.   I worked with Knox for 24 years at KB Aerotech, GE, etc. as part of the Applab in Lewistown,  PA.   Knox was a great friend and co worker that will be missed.
Our heartfelt sympathy to Chris and all the family.  I am so sorry, just learned of Knox's passing tonight.  What a great guy and fun neighbor.  He made Halloween FUN for the kids AND the adults!  The animatronics and full sized candy bars, jello shots for the adults.  (We will carry on the tradition Knox!)  Warm delicious rosettes, delivered near Christmas.  Knox was so kind to the neighbor kids, loved to show them whatever critter was caged in the house!  I will miss seeing him out in the yard and his big smile and wave as I rounded the corner to home.  May he rest in glory with our Father in heaven.

My family lived right next door to Knoxie in the fifties. He was the cutest little boy. Of course we all knew the whole family too. Rosemary, Kathleen and grandma Patrie.  I will always remember my dad making my sister and I give Knoxie our tops baseball card collection when we moved: I am sure if we had kept them we probably would have been millionaires as we undoubtedly had the rookie cards of Mantle and Aaron.  😂my dad happened to be in EC for Knoxie’s   60 th birthday party .  I have a picture of them together: knoxie was so loved and so remembered . Deepest sympathies to his whole family .

Knox..I,ll be missing my ol  school pal. You were Knoxie, I was Roxie. I knew you from 1st grade at Randall School, where they got us mixed up..only by the name.. My prayers go out to Knoxies family!! He was a great guy!!

Knox was a great coworker. We would go to restaurants with the fake ponytails that he made us and get plenty laughs from tbe workers when we took hats off. He was also a mentor to many of us.

Knox would lite up any gathering. He was a fun loving guy. Yes he gave me one of his Velcro Pony Tails and I still have something to remember him by.

God Bless Knox and his family

We are so very sorry for the loss of Knox. He was such a Huge part of everyone's life who knew him. He will be so missed by his family and friends. The first time I saw Knox I never knew anyone with such a big personality and that handle bar mustache!! Knowing Rita (Reetz), a dear friend from high school, I could tell the two just clicked. Years later after Rita passed away Christine and family came into Knox and boys life and became one family. Please let everyone know how sorry we are for your loss. Prayers and hugs to all of you.  Love, Doris and Ralph Ruben

I first met Knox when I was 14 years old and a Ski Sprite (Half Moon Lake Water Skiing Club in Eau Claire, WI). I had learned how to water ski at age 7 at our cottage on Lake Altoona, and my parents ended up selling it when I was about 10, and I knew with this club I could get LOTS of water skiing time in as I loved to water ski. He was a big brother to all of us and taught us that no matter what happens keep that smile on your face and the show must go on. He also taught me the "royal wave" as another girl and I were put on top of the ski jump in parades and waved to people. First-rate guy. Rest in Peace Knox. Know you will be at the righthand of God up in the sky.

Spent my childhood with the smiths.Every person in that household has a deep place in my heart! Knox and i clicked from day one. Never meet a more caring compassionate man who loved his family with all his heart! He worked hard at all aspects of life. The list was huge how many hearts this man touched. With four boys in the house thousands of friends cycled through his home. He welcomed everyone with open arms! I still picture us laughing and telling stories. and him saying i miss ya buddy come back and see us! His gentle sole made every person know he was the real deal.

Knox smith the man the legend love ya buddy!

What a great guy.... I remember him at the Knights Christmas Parties where my kids enjoyed him and his wife handing out presents....... very fond memories. I'll have to drum up those videos and pics and share with everyone.
Had  many interesting times with Kathleen and Knox... always comes to mind Halloween on Water Street back in the late sixties...what a fun night. Picnics and get-togethers were so much fun... always the life of the party.  He will forever be in our hearts. Love and prayers to the entire family.

So sorry to hear Knox passing. I remember visiting aunt Rosemary and Grandma Patrie in Eau Claire when we were kids.  Running all over and having a good time with all the cousins. John & Ag’s kids too.
