Hi Grace (Mom), Chelsea and I are so sorry for your loss and send our condolences. I fondly remember the stories Jim would tell us about his business and his service and I truly admired him. The two of you were always so welcoming of me in your home, even though Steve and I insisted on making so much noise. Jim will very much be missed.
