James Merritt Howell of Statesville NC passed away on April 5 2021. James Howell was born in Falls Church, VA and was the son of the deceased William and Catherine Howell. Jamie Howell was the cousin of the late Robert Howell, he is survived by his niece's Maryann Fussell and Robin Watts. Funeral arrangements will take place in Falls Church, VA and he will be buried next to his parents.
