James P. Horine, of Georgetown, Kentucky, passed away surrounded by the love of his family and friends. A man of faith, service, and adventure, Jim lived a life dedicated to helping others and making a difference in his community.
Born with a servant’s heart, Jim answered many callings throughout his life. He proudly served in the Kentucky National Guard and the United States Army Reserve, completing his duty with honor and attaining the rank of …
